Mississippi Pot Roast
Mississippi Pot Roast Dish Guide
Serves 4
3-4 lb chuck roast
1 packet of au jus gravy mix
1 packet of ranch seasoning
8 oz banana peppers or pepperoncini peppers with brine
¼ cup unsalted butter
1 lb baby red or Yukon gold potatoes
Freshly minced parsley for garnish
Place all ingredients except potatoes in a slow cooker and set to low for 8 hours. About halfway through, add the potatoes. Serve with cooked rice or egg noodles garnished with fresh parsley.
