Chicken Salad Dish Guide
Serves 4-6
Five Ingredients
1 shredded rotisserie chicken (about 2 cups of cooked meat)
3 green onions, diced
2-3 ribs celery, diced
1/3 cup dill salad cubes (pickle relish)
½ cup mayonnaise
From the Pantry
1 T Dijon mustard
Shred the chicken by removing the skin and bones and breaking the meat up with your finger to your desired size and texture. Add the chicken to a large bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Season with salt and pepper to taste and stir thoroughly to combine. Taste and adjust flavors as desired and refrigerate for up to 3-4 days in the fridge.
Serve with crackers, on sandwiches, salads or freshly cut veggies for dipping.
