Smashburger Tacos Dish Guide

Five Ingredients

Ground beef

American cheese slices

Dill pickles

Flour tortillas

Shredded lettuce

From the Pantry

Olive oil

Dijon mustard

Heat a skillet over medium high heat with a T of olive oil. Form ground beef into roughly 3 oz balls. Place ball of beef in center of skillet and use a tortilla to press it into a thin patty in the skillet.

Cook until beef is mostly cooked through then flip, season with salt and pepper and top with cheese. Cover with a lid for 1 minute to cook through and melt cheese.

Remove from skillet and add mustard, pickles and lettuce along with any other desired toppings. Fold into a taco shape and serve immediately.
