Buffalo Chicken Tacos

8 chicken tenders
8 soft taco shells/tortillas
½ cup Buffalo wing sauce
Shredded lettuce
Blue cheese or ranch dressing
From the Pantry
¾ cup flour
¾ cup olive oil
Put the flour on a plate and coat the chicken thoroughly in the flour and knock off any excess. Heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes a side or until lightly browned and cooked through.
Drain on a wire rack and add to a bowl and toss with the buffalo sauce. Warm the flour tortillas. Lay down a tender and top with shredded lettuce and blue cheese or ranch dressing.
