Chicken Caesar Wraps Dish Guide

Serves 4

Five Ingredients

1 lb cooked, shredded chicken*

1 head romaine lettuce

1/3 cup Caesar dressing (more or less to taste)

1/3 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

4-6 large burrito shells

Rinse the romaine and then finely chop it and place it in a large bowl. Add the chicken, parmesan and dressing and toss to thoroughly coat everything. Warm the burrito shells in the microwave for 20-30 seconds. Place roughly ¼ of the salad in the center and wrap up like a burrito (fold over, tuck in sides, roll tightly to seal). Serve immediately or wrap tightly in plastic wrap and store in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Serve with chips, fries, or pasta salad for a light meal.

*We use store-bought shredded chicken but you could buy a rotisserie and shred it yourself or bake chicken breasts with some olive oil, salt and pepper at 450 F for 20 minutes and shred them and still be within the confines of Five in 25!
