Garlic Parmesan Wings

Garlic Parmesan Wings Dish Guide

Serves 1-2

Five Ingredients

1 lb chicken wings

2 T unsalted butter

1 t garlic/herb seasoning

1 t baking powder

Freshly grated parmesan (to taste)

From the Pantry

1 T olive oil

2 large garlic cloves, minced or crushed

Add chicken wings to a large bowl and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle in olive oil and sprinkle over baking powder. Toss wings and coat evenly in seasoning and oil. Lay into a single layer in an air fryer and cook at max heat (400 F minimum) for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.

While the wings cook, add the butter to a bowl and microwave briefly to soften. Add in the garlic and herb seasoning, salt and pepper and grate in parm to taste. Grate or crush in the garlic and stir to combine. Once wings are cooked, add the wings to the garlic and herb butter. Toss thoroughly to coat the wings and plate immediately, garnished with more parmesan or fresh herbs.
