Mushroom Swiss Burgers Dish Guide

Five Ingredients
1 lb gound beef
8 oz sliced cremini mushrooms
1 T oyster sauce
4 burger buns
4 slices Swiss cheese
From the Pantry
2 T olive oil
Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, crushed
Add 1 T olive oil to a skillet over high heat and add the mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 5-7 minutes or until most of the liquid is cooked out and mushrooms are browned. Add in the garlic and oyster sauce and cook for 1 minute more. Set aside.
In a large skillet over medium high heat add in 1 T olive oil. Form ground beef into 4 ¼ lb balls. Add 2 to the skillet and smash into flat, thin burger patties. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 3-4 minutes or until browned on the first side. Flip and top with a couple spoonfulls of the mushrooms and a slice of cheese. Cover and allow cheese to melt for 1 minute. Cook to your desired doneness and remove from heat and repeat with remaining two burgers.
Toast your buns lightly and spread on Dijon mustard as desired. Add your burger to the bun along with any additional desired toppings and serve immediately with any side of your choosing.
