Sheet Pan Sausage and Veggies Dish Guide

Serves 2-3

Five Ingredients

1 lb sausage links (hot, sweet, mild Italian, bratwurst, kielbasa etc.)

12 oz bag of broccoli, carrot and cauliflower mix

1 bell pepper, diced

1 sweet onion, diced

1 T salt-free garlic and herb seasoning

From the Pantry

¼ cup olive oil

Dijon mustard for serving

Preheat oven to 400 F.

Add the veggies to a large bowl and add the olive oil and seasoning. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Lay veggies down on the tray. Add sausage links to the top of the veggies. If using raw sausage, poke a few holes in the casing to allow fat and steam to escape.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until sausage is cooked through and veggies reach your desired doneness. Serve immediately with Dijon mustard and any other desired condiments.

Note: This is the epitome of a “dish guide” and not a recipe. Mix and match any veggies, sausages, seasonings and condiments to your liking. Cooking times will vary based on the density of vegetables used (i.e. potatoes or root vegetables) and type of sausage (i.e. pre-cooked or raw).
