Teriyaki Noodle Bowls

Teriyaki Noodle Bowls Dish Guide

Serves 4

Five Ingredients

8 oz whole wheat spaghetti

1 lb. sirloin steak

1 bag broccoli slaw mix

1 red onion

1/3 cup teriyaki sauce (more or less to taste)

From the Pantry

3 T olive oil

Bring a pot of water to a boil and season with salt. Add spaghetti and cook per package directions.

While pasta boils, thinly slice steak against the grain and peel the onion and thinly slice from pole to pole.

Add 2 T olive oil to a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the steak (cook in batches if needed) and brown on both sides. Remove and set aside. Add another T oil and the onion. sauté for 3-4 minutes or until onion is softening. Add slaw mix and sauté for another 3-4 minutes or until veggies are tender.

Drain pasta and add to wok along with cooked beef and any accumulated juices and the teriyaki sauce. Turn heat to low and toss to combine. Taste and add more teriyaki or salt and pepper as needed.

Serve immediately garnished with fresh cilantro, green onions, and/or sriracha.
